These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Hitchain Studio’s services (“the Service”) and apply to all users who request the creation of a personalized song through the platform. By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service overview

The Hitchain Studio is a digital music creation service that produces customized songs based on the user’s submitted input. All songs are created using advanced creative technologies — including artificial intelligence tools — and are delivered and published by The Hitchain Studio.

Ordering process

Upon submitting your order:

• You will receive an email confirming that production has begun.
• The first version of your song will be delivered within 7 business days.
• You may request up to two additional versions, which will be delivered based on your feedback. Each additional version may take up to 5 business days to complete.
• After selecting your preferred version, the song will be published across major music platforms (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube). A lyric video may be included at the discretion of The Hitchain Studio.

Anonymity and public attribution

The disclosure of public identifiers is entirely optional.
You may choose to provide:

• A username and social media platform as the ordering party.
• A username and platform for the person to whom the song is dedicated.

If these fields are left blank, the song will be published without attribution to either party.

Price disclosure

The price paid for the song will be publicly displayed in the description of the published track.
This disclosure is an integral part of the project’s value model, contributing to the symbolic significance and historical legacy of each track within The Hitchain.

Preview and approval

Before publication, the selected version of the song will be sent to you by email.
No song will be published without your prior confirmation.

Revisions and variations

You are entitled to request up to two additional versions of the song if the first version does not meet your expectations.

These additional versions will be produced based on the feedback you provide, and will be delivered within 5 business days each.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the three versions delivered, you may request a refund.
In such cases, a deduction of €100 or the full amount paid (whichever is lower) will apply.

Ownership and intellectual property

All intellectual property rights associated with the song remain the exclusive property of The Hitchain Studio.

By ordering a song, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You do not own the song or any of its components.
• You may not sell, license, modify, distribute, or claim authorship of the song.

Personal use and sharing

You are permitted to share and use the final published song freely on your personal and social platforms.

The track is created specifically for you, and you are encouraged to promote and celebrate it, provided it remains unaltered and properly attributed to The Hitchain Studio.

Finality of publication

Once a version is approved by you and published:

• The track becomes a permanent part of The Hitchain.
• It will remain publicly accessible and cannot be deleted or modified.

This permanence is a defining element of the project.

Changes to these terms

The Hitchain Studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any such modifications will be made available via the official website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
